EARTH DAY CELEBRATIONS( 22nd April, 2025)
Classes I-V
To sensitize students for the well-being of mother Earth and to raise open mindfulness about the World Earth Day, Poster making and Mask Making activities were organized in the school for classes III-V. Students made beautiful posters where they displayed their innovative and artistic skills and took pledge to take care of the earth. It was a fun filled and joyous activity. The students exhibited their creativity and prowess through this activity whereas classes I & II were involved in fun and educational poster making activity. Students created vibrant posters. They drew pictures of the earth and trees and wrote short messages like 'Save our planet' and 'Keep earth green'. This activity helped young children learn about environmental responsibility while expressing their creativity.
Classes VI-VIII
"The earth has enough for man's need, but not for man's greed"
On 22nd April 2025, Shivalik Public School celebrated Earth Day with great enthusiasm and creativity.The celebration was a huge success, fostering a sense of responsibility towards the planet among our students.. Students from Classes 6 to 8 participated in various eco-friendly competitions to promote environmental awareness.
Class VI: Paper Bag Decorations
Class VII & VIII: Stone Painting Students showcased their artistic skills by painting stones with eco-friendly themes and messages.
Students creatively decorated paper bags with recycled materials, promoting sustainable practices.The competitions encouraged students to think creatively about environmental conservation and sustainability. The event successfully promoted eco-awareness and inspired students to adopt environmentally friendly habits.
