  • First come first basis for General category.

 

DETAILS OF DOCUMENTS

For General category
  • Registration Form
  • Self attested photocopy of Birth certificate which has names of both parents & the child mentioned on it.

 

  • Self attested proof of residence (Ration Card / Voter I-Card / Electricity or Water Bill / Tenant’s Deed/Passport etc.) (Any one document)

 

  • Two passport size photographs of the student / applicant.

 

  • One passport size photograph each of Father and Mother.

 

  • Attested copies of legal document if the child is being brought up by a single parent.

 

  • Copy of Aadhar Card.

 

  • Medical Fitness Certificate.

 

  • Vaccination card.
