Date:-29/01/2010 | | The team from Shivalik Public School, Chandigarh comprising of Aanchal Sharma and Yuvraj Jaiswal continued the winning streak this year as well, when they bagged the runners up position in an All India Inter School Quiz on Germany, Know Germany Learn German, organized by DPS Society in Association with Max Mueller Bhavan. The Quiz which was hosted by DPS, R.K.Puram, New Delhi, had 8 teams participating from different zones all over the country. The triumphant school team emerged as the sole finalist from the North Zone when it outdid 14 other teams at the zonal level. As the runners-up the school team received a certificate of Merit along with a cash prize of Rs.20,000. |
