Agriculture Farm

Education is the harmonious development of the faculties of a child. It does not only consist of learning of rudiments of certain subjects in order to qualify some examinations but is the continuous enlightenment of the mind.
Unless different things learnt are absorbed and merged into a living conception of life, education forfeits its purpose. Education is all about expanding horizons and it cannot be confined to the four walls of the classroom. We make our budding progeny aware of their environment by planning regular visits to the Shivalik Farm, spread over of 30 acres. Fully equipped with modern milking machines, non-conventional energy resources and bio-gas plant, the serene environment provides students an opportunity to gather first hand experience to be amidst nature. Nature a vast repository of knowledge and the quintessence of all learning not only rejuvenates the young minds but enables them to develop a special bond with their immediate environment.

Head Boy/Girl Projected Activity Coordinators

To instill discipline and enable students to shoulder responsibilities, a Student Council is sworn in where appointments for the four houses i.e. Pratap House, Azad House, Ranjit House and Subhash House are made. Student Council comprises of Head Boy, Head Girl, House Captains and House Prefects. Various house activities are conducted which not only provide a platform to the students to express themselves but also motivate them for healthy competition.Student are members of daily newpaper.

Service Before Self

Members of the school Council carry out drives in the school to raise funds for the less privileged brethren supported by organizations like, ‘Roshni’ and ‘Help Age’. They also contribute bit by buying greeting cards. When the country faces a natural calamity, our students rise up to the occasion by making generous contributions.
