Procedure for Registration and Admission (Day Schools at Mohali, Chandigarh, Patiala and Nawanshahar)

Prior registration is required for admission to any class . The registration form is available in the respective school office  and can also be downloaded from our website. The receipt for Registration fee of Rs. 200/- issued by the authorized bank or a Demand  draft of Rs. 200/- in the favour of  Principal, Shivalik Public School, Mohali/Chandigarh/Patiala/Nawanshahar payable at Mohali/Chandigarh/Patiala/Nawanshahar should be attached with the complete form and sent to the respective schools . The fee is neither refundable nor transferable to any other year.

Procedure for Registration and Admission (Boarding School at Mohali)

Prior registration is required for admission to any class . The registration form is available in the school office  and can be downloaded from our website. The receipt for Registration fee of Rs. 500/- issued by the Canara Bank at Shivalik Public School, Mohali  or  a Demand  draft of Rs. 500/- in the favour of  Principal Shivalik Public School, Mohali payable at Mohali should be attached with the complete form and sent to the school. The fee is neither refundable nor transferable to any other year.

Pre- Requisite for Admission

Those seeking admission to the school should have qualified the previous class examination from a recognized English Medium school.

Overseas Students:

 The parents of Overseas students will ensure that the travel documents are complete in all respects. They are required to hand over the following papers relating to their ward(s) to the School Office.

• Copy of Passport
• Copy of Visa valid for at least one year.
• Medical Certificate

NOTE :

• Incomplete Registration Form will be rejected .Last date for sending Registration Form is 15 March, 2012.
