Prior registration is required for admission to any class. The registration forms are available in the school office. and can be downloaded from our website.The receipt for registration fee of Rs.500/- issued by the Canara Bank at Shivalik Public School, Mohali should be attached with the completed form.The fee is neither refundable nor transferable to any other year.

Pre-Requisite For Admission

Those seeking admission to the school should have qualified the previous class examination from a Recognized English medium School.
NOTE: An entrance test is conducted and admissions are made on the basis of academic suitability and interview.

Overseas Students

The parents of Overseas Students will ensure that the travel documents are complete in all respects.They are required to hand over the following papers relating to their ward(s) to the School office on arrival -

* Photostat copy of valid Passport.
* Photostat copy of Visa valid for at least one year.
* Health Certificate.

Terms & Examinations

The students of all classes take monthly Unit tests, Terminal Examinations and Annual Examination during the course of the session.At the end of every test and examination, progress report card of the students is sent to parents/guardians. It is necessary that a student obtains a yearly average of atleast 50% in each subject for his/her promotion to the next class.Promotion to the next class is granted on the basis of student's satisfactory performance throughout the year.
